The Service Desk is the primary point of contact for computer-related inquiries, password reset and classroom technology problems. The service desk analysts will make every attempt to answer questions or resolve computing problems directly. Any problems that the Service Desk is unable to resolve will be escalated to the appropriate technical personnel to ensure a timely resolution.
